Q-Gate for Carriers

Q-Gate is designed to use the radio frequency identification (RFID) technology you are accustomed to seeing at the truck stops. Working in conjunction with your gate system, we can open your secure gates by reading the RFID tag in the windshield of the truck, monitor and record who enters your facility, and when fully integrated with your transportation management system (TMS) software, we can match your truck and trailer combinations via your dispatch system to be sure the driver has secured the correct trailer that will match his current dispatched instructions before the gate system is opened for departure from your facility. Time and date of each gate opening will be recorded for use by your safety and security departments.
