SmartQ for Carriers

SmartQ is an application installed at the Truck Stop to initiate fuel transactions via RFID tags. Utilizing the RFID technology you can accurately detect Trucks/Trailers in the fuel lane. The SmartQ application will detect arrivals/departures by continuously reading the “passive” tag installed in the Carrier’s Truck/Trailer. SmartQ security validations are in place to turn off the pump through the NeXGen when not actively reading the RFID tag; this is done by communicating to a NeXGen device at the Truck Stop.

SmartQ Customers – SmartQ is installed and maintained at the Truck Stop; however other billing card vendors besides QuikQ FPS customers can benefit from this technology.
